A second bedroom, with its log walls, is equipped with twin beds which may be joined into a king-sized bed, a particularly nice way for two couples to enjoy the cottage. Like the master bedroom, natural linens and a ceiling fan are featured. A second bathroom is available for the occupants of this room. |
| The spacious grounds include seven acres of grassy meadows with hardwoods and pines, with over 30 acres of adjoining woodlands. Fully a third of a mile from the country lane which brings you to Ashwood Hill, the long entrance road ensures your total privacy. A firepit with bench seating, a picnic bench and a gas barbecue grill are located behind the cottage. |

The cottage is located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, minutes from Goshen Pass, a spectacular rocky gorge with bathing, tubing, kayaking and hiking. It is located approximately midway between Lexington and Staunton Virginia, just 12 minutes from Interstate 81. |
